Restocking Fees – Business Account
If you purchased something and no longer have use for it (for example you may be closing down your store), we can accept items back free of charge*. Please reach out to your account representative when taking advantage of our restocking policy. The only catch is that you will not be refunded your original purchasing prices but instead the selling price of that item on our website.
Example: You purchased LCD for iPhone 6 for $25 on 1st of January and want to return the functioning piece on 2nd of March when the price is $23, we will provide you store credit for $23 which you can claim from us.
Restocking Fees – Individual Account
If you purchased something and no longer have use for it or if you purchased the wrong item, we can accept items back but we will charge a restocking fees. There is a 20% restocking fee. Also, the Non-Business account processing fee is non-refundable as well. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
Example: You purchased LCD for iPhone 6 for $25 on 1st of January and want to return the functioning piece on 2nd of March when the price is $23, we will provide you store credit for $18.40 which you can claim from us. The $10 non-business account order fee is also non-refundable.
Once you are ready to ship your RMA to us, you may simply print the buyback form from the “My Account” panel and ship your returns to our address. Upon shipping, please e-mail us the tracking number to [email protected] as well as the RMA # on your form.
Upon receiving your RMA, we will inspect items and ensure they are eligible for returns. The processing time for RMA inspection is approximately 1 week. Once inspection and internal control are completed, we will issue store credit to your account.
RMA Policy Abuse
Customers that are caught abusing our exchange/return/refund/RMA/store credit policies will indefinitely be BANNED from LCDBUYBACK and all affiliate businesses.
